Undici Restaurant Offers the Best Pizza in NJ

Customers of Undici Restaurant travel from all over NJ to eat there because they know one thing: Undici serves the best pizza in NJ.  This isn’t the pizza bought at the boardwalk or delivered to your door.  This is authentic Naples-style pizza uses only fresh Italian ingredients cooked to perfect to create the best pizza in NJ.

The pizza is made with hand selected Italian imported ingredients and cooked on an all wood burning oven to offer this authentic pizza.

The Bufala Mozzarella, Caputo “00? Flour, Ligurian Olive Oil, and San Marzano Tomato sauce, all imported from Italy, which all come together to create the famous Pizza Napoletana.  It’s then placed in an 800-degree, wood-burning brick oven to be cooked to perfection.

Undici’s new pizza menu now consists of five Naples style pizza choices; Originale, Bianco, Margherita, Filetti and Arugula e Prosciutto.

  • Originale: San Marzano tomato sauce, bufala mozzarella, fresh basil, Pecorino-Romano and extra virgin olive oil
  • Bianco: bufala mozzarella, Pecorino-Romano, peperoncini, garlic, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil
  • Margherita: bufala mozzarella, Pecorino-Romano, fresh tomato, fresh basil, peperoncini and extra virgin olive oil
  • Filetti:  San Marzano tomato sauce, fresh tomato, shaved onion, fresh basil, peperoncini and extra virgin olive oil
  • Arugula e Prosciutto: bufala mozzarella, Pecorino-Romano, grape tomato, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, arugula, and Prosciutto di Parm
